Point University: Associate Professor of Music and Director of Bands

Dr. Chapel McCullough serves as Associate Professor of Music and the Director of Bands at Point University in West Point, Georgia. His duties include directing the Concert and Marching Bands, teaching conducting and other music education courses, and conducting the Handbell Choir. Dr. McCullough holds PhD and master’s degrees in Music Education from Auburn University in Auburn, AL and a bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Campbellsville University in Campbellsville, KY.

Dr. McCullough lives in Auburn with his wife, Dr. Brittany McCullough, a Project Analyst at Auburn University, and their beautiful daughter, Misha. They are members of First Baptist Church in Dadeville, AL where Chapel serves as the church pianist and director of the Handbell Choir.
