Executive Director Position

The Executive Director serves as the chief executive leader of Csehy Summer School of Music, providing strategic, spiritual, and operational leadership to advance the organization's mission of glorifying God through musical excellence and Christian discipleship. Reporting directly to the Board of Trustees, the Executive Director oversees the organization's year-round administration.

Working collaboratively with the Artistic Director, Student Life Director, Business Manager, and Board of Trustees, the Executive Director cultivates a Christ-centered culture that inspires students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors, and supporters. As the primary ambassador of Csehy, the Executive Director builds relationships, communicates the organization's vision, and ensures that every aspect of the ministry reflects its commitment to excellence in music education and faith in Jesus Christ.

• Off-Season: ~15-20 hours per week

• Camp Season: 40+ hours per week (approx. 8-10 weeks)

• $45,000-$55,000 based on experience
