York Academy Area Charter School: Vocal, Percussion, and General Music Teacher

Matt Langlois graduated summa cum laude from both Messiah University in 2021 with his Bachelor’s Degree in Education and West Chester University in 2023 with his Master’s Degree in Music Performance. He currently works at York Academy Area Charter School, where he teaches percussion, music technology, and vocal performance. He has also worked with the percussionists at the York Junior Symphony Orchestra for the past 4 concert seasons. Matt has been a featured soloist for multiple ensembles throughout his musical career. He has qualified for the Kuhlman Competition finals twice, played with world-renowned musicians such as Michael Burritt, and premiered new pieces. Matt is thrilled to return to Csehy for his third year on faculty.
